1. Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your nustargame.vom account using the payment methods available on the Platform, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other supported methods. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Platform.
• nustargame.vom does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform.
• nustargame.vom reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for details.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

nustargame.vom is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, transaction, or withdrawal that we deem suspicious. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering activities will be immediately suspended and reported to the appropriate authorities.

4. Gameplay and Betting Rules

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, nustargame.vom and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other losses resulting from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or its services.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content on the Platform.
• Any technical failures, including server downtime, network outages, or software errors.

In no event shall nustargame.vom's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of nustargame.vom is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

You may close your nustargame.vom account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

10.2 Termination by nustargame.vom

nustargame.vom reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Attempted to manipulate or exploit the Platform or its games.
• Failed to meet age or identity verification requirements.

In cases of account termination due to a breach of these terms, nustargame.vom reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including deposits and winnings.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of nustargame.vom shall first be submitted to our customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 13. Entire Agreement
